Obituary
Lorraine K. Brinkmeier, 57, of Freeport, died Thursday, February 12, 2015, at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born August 17, 1957 in Freeport she was the daughter of Mervin and Violet (Bardell) Brinkmeier.
Lorraine worked 12 years at the Freeport Journal Standard and at Food Bonanza and Eagles in Freeport.
Surviving are her son, Dustin "Dusty" Brinkmeier of Freeport; brothers, Gary (Sharon) Brinkmeier of Warren, Ken (Sandy) Brinkmeier of Lena, Virg (Jeannie) Brinkmeier, Mike (Karen) Brinkmeier, and Jeff (Debra) Brinkmeier all of Freeport.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, David and Daniel Brinkmeier.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Freeport Church of Christ.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name.
