Mabel "Marie" Harnish, 89, of Freeport, died Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at Manor Court.
Born October 15, 1926 in Casselton, North Dakota she was the daughter of Joseph and Mabel (Shiley) Erdmier. She married Norbert C. Harnish June 11, 1947 and he preceded her in death.
Marie worked at W.T. Rawleigh and Grants Grocery Store.
Surviving are her son, Dennis (Kriss Robinson) Harnish of Spokane, Washington; her sisters, Edith (Robert) Riley and Florence Erdmier of Freeport; 3 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers William, Donald and Harry Erdmier; and 4 sisters; Edna Alvey, Jenny Sarber, Evelyn Reusch, and Dorothy Kramer and 1 son , Steven Harnish.
Funeral services will be at Walker Mortuary, Thursday, Sept 22, 2016 at 10am.
Visitation will be at Walker Mortuary Wednesday, September 21st, 2016 from 4-7pm.
Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
