Freeport: Mander W. Nack, 96, of Freeport, died Friday November 26, 2004 at Stephenson Nursing Center. Born September 4, 1908 in Sheboygan, WI. he was the son of Herman and Martha (Jhabbush) Nack. In 1928 he married Armella Stolz she died in 1948 he then married Tillie Kraner October 20, 1951 at the Little Brown Church in the Vale in Nashua, Iowa. He was employed at Burgess Battery as a rolling mill operator for 33 years retiring in 1975. He was an avid sportsman and animal lover he enjoyed hunting and fishing but most especially he loved to bowl. He is survived by his wife Tillie of Freeport, one daughter, Carol Heck of Rockford, one son Thomas (Judith) Nack of Denton, TX, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Two nephews, Jackie (Fran) Blask, Richard (Nancy) Blask both of Freeport He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, one son, Timothy, one brother, three sisters and 1 grand daughter Pamela Heck Sueltman. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday at Walker Mortuary with the Reverend Don Jamerson officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport.
