Marcene M. Kubly, 86, of Freeport, died on Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Provena St. Joseph Nursing Center.
Born December 12, 1925 in Freeport she was the daughter of Raymond and Ollie (Young) Yeagle.
Marcene worked at Micro Switch for 16 years and at Shawnee Tap for 20 years.
Surviving are her daughters, Patricia A. (Glen) Thompson of Monticello, Kentucky and Vicki (Gene) Simmons of Tampa, Florida; her son, Brad Kubly of Orlando, Florida; 1 sister, Shirley Lamm of Freeport; 6 grandchildren; 12 great -grandchildren; 1 great-great- grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and 1 sister.
Graveside funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, August 8, 2011, at City Cemetery.
