Marie Anna Hoormann, age 67, passed on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at FHN Hospital in Freeport, Illinois with her husband by her side. Marie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Marvin Douglas Hoormann and sons; Ronald D. (Carrie) Hoormann and Michael A. (Molly) Hoormann; as well as her 3 grandchildren Jamie, Dillon and Mary. Marie is further survived by her brother-in-law Gary Hoormann and her husband's aunt, Reta Burrows. She is preceded in death by her husband's aunt and uncle, Fred and Mary Abrolat who Marie loved as her own parents.

Marie worked for the Stephenson County, Illinois Sheriff's Office. As Sheriff Dave Snyder's administrative assistant, she considered the whole Sheriff's office her family. She has missed them the last two months she couldn't work.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 11:15 am at Hutchens Mortuary, in Florissant, MO.

Interment will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Florissant, MO.
