Marsha L. Schneider

Marsha Lynn Schneider 73, of Cedarville Illinois went to be with the Lord and loved ones lost, March 12th 2026. Born September 18, 1952 in Floyd County KY, daughter of Robert Chapman and Mary Ann Minix.

During her professional years, Marsha found a love for working in plumbing where she helped manage offices and did estimating for several businesses in Illinois. Her passion in life was supporting her husband in his many endeavors and being surrounded by children of all ages as a homemaker.

Marsha was a firecracker who never knew a stranger. Her door was always open to any person in need. Regularly sacrificing to ensure others had everything their heart desired. Never was there a time she didn’t have a four legged friend right beside her. A lover of flowers, nature and beautiful red Cardinals that were known to visit her often. A tempter of fate that loved to try her luck with a slot machine, scratcher or trifecta. A win meant something to spoil her loved ones with. A loss…a rare occurrence which at worst always left her “just about even”. A woman who could never be caged…always ready for an adventure, a ride, a visit to a loved one that was proceeded by a phone call “put on a pot of coffee…I’m on my way”. A matriarch of a family that knew no bounds and extended beyond blood. A quiet and stable foundation, who loved, supported and blessed countless people in her years. She will be missed by many.

Marsha is preceded in death by her mother Mary Ann Hall, Husband James J Schneider and Son Kyle Brandon Schneider.

She is survived by:

Many nieces and nephews that she loved as her own.
