Mary Ann Blehinger, 61, of Freeport died Monday, January 26, 2015, at Rockford Memorial Hospital, after a long illness.
Born October 22, 1953 in Freeport she was the daughter of Warren and Anna (Nagel) Carroll. She married Lee E. Blehinger July 1, 1972.
Mary was a member of Friends Forever Humane Society.
Surviving are her husband, Lee; mother, Anna Carroll both of Freeport; son, Jesse (Betsy) Blehinger of Portland, Oregon; one brother, Mark (Linda) Carroll of Huntley; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
There will be a celebration of life ceremony at a future date.
A memorial has been established for Friends Forever Humane Society.
