Mary Ann Hagemann 49 of Baileyville, died Monday March 29, 2010 at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport. Born October 4th 1960 in Freeport she was the daughter of Russel and Ruth Ann (Downing) Auer. She and Jeff Hagemann were married August 7, 1981 at Faith United Methodist Church in Freeport. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. Mary worked with Jeff in running the family farm and business. Mary was active in 4-H most of her life and was appointed by the 4-H extension service to serve on the Stephenson County Fair Board. She was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved taking trips to the mountains.
She is survived by her husband Jeff of Baileyville, one son Brandon Hagemann of Baileyville; daughter Amber (Fiancé Joshua Retzlaff) Hagemann of Orangeville; Father Russel of Freeport; Brother John (Debra) Auer of Stillwater, MN; sister Jill (Brent) Bryden of Winnebago; Mother-in-law and Father-in-law Melvin and June (Wiegman) Hagemann; Sisters-in-law Bev (Rod) Grobe of Spartanburg S.C., Barb Dickens of Chatsworth, Diane Henneman of Leaf River; Brothers-in-law Jim (Shawn) Hagemann of Fort Morgan, CO, Mike (Cindy) Hagemann of Baileyville; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother and brother-in-law Norman Henneman.
