Obituary
Mary Lou Hoover, 73 of Freeport formerly of Thompson died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Presence St. Joseph Home.
Born July 27, 1940 in Dixon she was the daughter of Ralph and Henrietta (Bergan) Osbaugh.
Celebrating 50 years of marriage she and William Hoover were married July 7, 1962. Bill preceded her in death on September 14, 2012.
Mary worked 17 years at Swiss Colony and retired in 2004. She enjoyed boating, camping and going to the casino. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie 679 ladies auxiliary.
Surviving are her children Michael and Dawn; many special friends especially Craig and Wendy Kubatzke.
A Celebration of Mary's life will be held Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 11 a.m. until 1p.m. at the Eagles Club in Freeport.
