Maxine O. Lender, 74, of Freeport, died Saturday, December 18, 2010 at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born May 8, 1936 in Putnam County, Tennessee she was the daughter of Dewey and Mary (Lowe) Maynard.
Maxine was retired from Micro Switch Company working there for over 26 years.
Surviving are her daughters, Deborah (Richard) Hartley of Dixon and Teresa (Dennis) Ditsworth of Alfolkey; her sons, Eric (Ann) Lender and Walter Lender both of Freeport; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; her niece Mary (Howard) Coleman of Baxter, Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; brothers, Ernest and Lloyd Maynard; her sister, Bobbi Eychner; and her nephew, Alex Yanez.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from 3pm to 5pm in the Walker Mortuary.
Funeral services will follow the visitation at 5 p.m. at Walker Mortuary with Reverend Don Jamerson of First Free Methodist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Tight Fit Cemetery in Boma, Tennessee on Thursday, December 23, 2010.
