Freeport
Michael Allen Brock, 69, of Freeport, died Saturday, June 4, 2016, at the University Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin.
Born January 22, 1947 in Freeport he was the son of Raymond and Dorothy (Witt) Brock. He married B. Kaye Maize December 23, 1995.
Mike worked at Burgess Battery and then at Honeywell in Freeport for over 40 years.
Mike enjoyed Trains, Engine Shows, Antique Clubs and taking day trips.
Surviving are his wife, B. Kaye of Freeport; his step children, Philip (Nancy) Maize and Brad Maize both of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Steven (Tina) Maize of Freeport; his sister, Dorothy Rae Scudder of Freeport; 4 grandchildren, Abigail, Jayson, August, and Jennifer Maize.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 in the Chapel of Peace at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Interment of his remains will follow the service.
A memorial has been established.
