Elgin: Michael A. Clark, 46, of Freeport died Sunday March 27, 2005 at Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL. Born February 16, 1959 in Cleveland Ohio, he was the son of Henry and Faithia (Dotson) Clark-Eggert. On October 18, 1980 he married Vicki L. Schweertman in Freeport. He served in the Air Force from 1977-1981. Surviving is his wife Vicki, his mother, Faithia Eggert, one son, Eric Clark, one daughter, Angela Bass son in law, Curtis and one grandson Onixx Alexander all of Freeport. He was preceded in death by his father. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday at Walker Mortuary with the Reverend Rick Bader of St. John Lutheran Church in Lena officiating. Burial of his cremated remains will be in Oakland Cemetery and Mausoleum in Freeport. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established in his name.
