Freeport-Mildred A. Cohlmorgan, 91, of Freeport, died Thursday, August 10, 2006, at Provena St. Joseph Nursing Center.
Born February 7, 1915 in Freeport she was the daughter of Newton and Olive (Niesman) Long. She married John D. Cohlmorgan August 24, 1932 and he died May 28, 1985.
Mildred worked at Micro Switch for 35 years until her retirement.
She was a life time member of Bethany United Church of Christ.
Surviving is her brother, Buford Long of Lake Placid, Florida; two nephews, William Michael Long of Reno, Nevada and Steven Allen Long of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; one niece, Linda Kay Boy of Orange, California; and Cousin, Constance Calam of Freeport.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one brother, Arthur Long.
Funeral service and burial will be Monday 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Oakland Cemetery & Mausoleum.
There will be no visitation.
