Lansdowne, Pennsylvania - Neva Pauline Lyons, 94, of Pennsylvania, residing in Freeport, died Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Manor Court in Freeport.
Born May 5, 1912 in Michigan, she was the daughter of Roland and Methel (Hamilton) Bland. She married Ivan Lyons April 29, 1934 and he preceded her in death in 1986.
She worked for the Fidelity Life Insurance Company and Procter & Gamble Company.
She was a member of Drexel Hill United Methodist Church in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania.
Surviving is her daughter, Judith (Reverend D. Robin) Benson of Freeport; 1 sister, Celia (Floyd) Bassett of Kalamazoo, Michigan; one brother, Leland (Maxine) Bland of Elkhart, Indiana; 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; two daughters-in-law, Judy Lyons of Madison, Wisconsin and Patricia Lyons of Port Richey, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, David and Roger Lyons; one sister; and four brothers.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
