Norma J. (Browning) Ditzler, 88 of Yuma, AZ, formerly of Freeport, IL died on Thursday, November 26, 2020 with family at her side.  She was born on August 18, 1932 in Forreston to Roy and Lena (Ontjes) Browning.  She went to Aquin High School. She then married Gerald Ditzler on June 9, 1951 at the Baptist Parsonage.

She worked for 25 years at the phone company and 15 years at Micro Switch Honeywell.

Norma enjoyed boating and camping along the Mississippi River.

She is survived by her children, Rodney (Debbie) Ditzler of Freeport, Steven Ditzler of Yuma, AZ and Thomas Ditzler of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Ruth, Jenny, Branden, Jessi, Amber, Hilary, Kayla and Perry; 6 great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Judy Browning of Lena

She is predeceased by her parents; husband, Gerald; and her brother, Dale Browning.

Private family services will be held and her final resting place will be Cranes Grove Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in her name. Condolences can be left for the family at www.walkermortuary.com
