Norma L. Lincoln, 85, of Dakota, died Friday, February 18, 2011 at the Medina Manor Nursing Center in Durand.
Born March 7, 1925 in Ishpeming, Michigan she was the daughter of Wesley and Marguerite (Pratt) Lutey. She married Donald A. Lincoln October 19, 1950 in Wauwatosa, WI and he died September 2, 1971.
She and her late husband farmed in the Ridott area for many years and later Norma moved to Dakota.
She was a member of the Ridott Community Church and transferred her membership to the Dakota United Methodist Church where she enjoyed the Evening Circle.
Norma enjoyed sewing, cooking, quilting, and making wedding cakes. She taught Sunday school and Bible School for many years.
Surviving are two daughters, Mary Lincoln of Brodhead, WI and Lois Geiseman of Dakota; two sons, Stanley (Vikki) Lincoln of Freeport and David (Chyree) Lincoln of Freeport; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; two sisters, Leona Schultz of New Berlin, WI and Peggy Mehre of Oostburg, WI; three sisters in-law, Doris Lutey of Pewaukee, WI , Barbara Lutey of Massachusetts, and Helen Lincoln of Rock City; one brother in-law, Velbur "Bud" Lincoln of Springfield, TN; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 1 infant daughter; and 1 son in-law, Kevin Geiseman.
Visitation will be Wednesday 10 a.m. until 12 noon at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Dakota.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 12 noon at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home with Reverend Dick Thompson officiating. Private internment will be in the Ridott Cemetery.
