Norman L. Stilson, age 78 of Freeport, IL, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2022. He was born January 6, 1944 in New Diggens, WI; the son of the late Lee and Phyllis (Labarr) Stilson. He married Linda J. Swank on June 12, 1966.

Norman retired from the Freeport School District. He enjoyed fishing and his greatest passion was meeting with his buddies to shoot pool.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Stilson; 4 children, Angela (Troy) Esling, Danny (Kathy) Stilson, Connie Kraft, and Christopher Stilson; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and brother, Harold Stilson. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Helen Bradbury; half-brother, Jacob Stilson; and half-sister, Ellen Leitzen.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Walker Mortuary in Freeport, IL.
