Obituary
Freeport-Patricia S. Breska, 83, of Freeport, died Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born April 26, 1922 in Freeport she was the daughter of Nels and Lillian (Ahrens) Sward. She married George J. Breska June 22, 1968 and he died October 9, 1996.
She worked for Northwestern Telephone Company until her retirement.
She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
Surviving is her brother, Jack (Karola) Sward; her sister, Betty Sward both of Freeport; one niece, Patricia A. Meyers of Freeport; nephews, Ric (Joy) Meyers of Canada, David (Debbie) M. Meyers and Steve Guth both of Freeport, Buddy and Dean Sward both of Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; sisters, Lucille E. Meyers and Virginia (Guth) Williams; and her brother, Bud Sward.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Private family services will be held.
Entombment of her cremated remains will be in the Grace Episcopal Church Columbarium.
