Patricia M. Cox, age 87 of Freeport, IL, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026 at Serenity Estates in Freeport. She was born November 1, 1938 in Louisville, KY; the daughter of the late Joseph and Inez (Heath) Conder.
She is survived by her children, Nina Ottman, Paula Schultz, James Cox, Russell Cox, and Kathy Knippel, sister, Donna Haefner; brothers, Joseph Conder and George Conder; grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Patricia was loved by all and will be missed.
