Cedarville – Patricia A. (Booth) Oorlog, 85 of Cedarville passed away after an extended illness on September 23, 2025 at Manor Court of Freeport.  She was born on July 28, 1940 in Lanark, Illinois to Leland and Helen (Martin) Booth.

Pat graduated from Shannon High School in 1958.  She married Robert Oorlog on July 17, 1982 and they built a life together of love and friendship.  She worked at Swiss Colony for 30+ years and was a faithful member of Cedarville United Methodist Church and the Cedarville Lions Club.

She enjoyed being with friends and family, especially at her church and when she was helping at a Lions Club event.

She is survived by her husband, Robert of Cedarville; Her Sisters, Beverly Kruse of Freeport; Brother-in-law, Ron (Wanda) Oorlog of Frisco, TX; Sisters-in-law, Marceleen (Luane) Rothschadl of Lena and Karen Oorlog of Palm Coast, FL as well as a special niece, Phyllis Steele and many other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Son, Daryl; brothers, Charles Booth, Robert Booth and Sister, Lanae Steele and infant sister, Bonnie Booth.

There will be a visitation held at Cedarville United Methodist Church on Monday, September 29, 2025 beginning at 10am immediately followed by a service at 11am, also at church.

Her final resting place will be at Grandview Cemetery of Freeport.  Condolences can be left for the family at www.walkermortuary.com. A memorial has been designated in her name.
