Pearl E. Cole, of Durand formerly of Rockford died Thursday June 18, 2009 at Medina Nursing Center in Durand. Born November 23 1919 at Ridott she was the daughter of Marvin J. and Cora B. (Daughenbaugh) Canfield. On September 20, 1939 she and Clarence "Jake" Cole were married in 1939 at Dubuque, IA, he preceded her in death November 15, 1998.
She is survived by one daughter Cindy (Jerome) Nolan of Hurricane, UT; two granddaughters Tiffany Fee, Ginger Harrison; 5 great grandchildren Austin, Sage, Dakota Fee, Paige, Bailey Harrison; Niece Penny (Lee) Harbison of Davis; and great niece Cheyanne (Chad) Craig of Davis; great nephew Chad (Tricia) Harbison of Belvidere and Great great niece Haley Harbison of Belvidere.
She is preceded in death by parents, husband, infant son Dennis, brother Merle Canfield, 2 sisters Dorothy Canfield, Marjorie Haas and brother-in-law Charles Haas Jr.
Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday June 25th at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Dakota. A Celebration of Pearl's life will be held at The Hurricane Senior Center, Hurricane, UT, with her Utah friends, neighbors and Red Hat Sisters.
Cremation rites will be accorded and burial of remains in the Ridott Cemetery.
