Peggy J. Kloepping, 74, of Pearl City died Thursday March 31, 2011 at FHN Memorial Hospital. Born September 3, 1936 at Polo, she was the daughter of Clyde and Edith (Fields) Rinard. She married Leo Kloepping in 1955 and he preceded her in death in 2003. For 25 years Peggy was employed at Heine Plastics retiring in 1988. Surviving are two sons Ray (Brigitte) Kloepping, Randall (Wilma) Kloepping both of Pearl City; three daughters Julie (Duane) Smeathers of Rockford, Janet (Glenn) Ferge of Rockford, Shelly (Tom) Mulder of Rock City; 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; a sister Phyllis Reynolds of Oregon. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and sister Patsy Rinard.
