Priscilla Holland Trunck, 85, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away on April 1, 2024 after a brief illness.  She also called Freeport IL and Hilton Head SC "home" for much of her life.  Priscilla was born on February 8, 1939 in Pittsburg PA to Elizabeth (Hohmann) and Hubert L. Holland.  She was the loving mother of Mary (Devin) Sommise of Hudson, Florida, Mike Trunck of Lisle, Illinois, John Trunck of New Port Richey, Florida and William Arthur Trunck (deceased).  She was the cherished sister of Rosemary Holland Sweeney (deceased) of Pittsburgh, PA, Barbara L. Holland of Chalk Hill, PA, Bertina Demling of Grand Rapids, MI, and held dear by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Priscilla's memory will be treasured by her seven grandchildren: Nick, Hannah, Max, Matt, Katie, Zak, Alek, Joshua, and her two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Addie.

Priscilla attended Sacred Heart High School and proudly graduated from St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry.  Wherever she lived and throughout her life, Priscilla was dedicated to volunteering, generously giving her time and energy to her children's schools, her church, and a variety of community organizations.  She was a respected real estate agent on Hilton Head Island and had a passion for gardening.  She also enjoyed traveling to destinations like China, Africa, and Russia.  An enthusiastic sports fan, you could always find her cheering on her football and baseball teams especially her Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh teams.

A celebration of Priscilla's life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Walker Mortuary in Freeport, IL, at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William "Bill" Arthur Trunck Nursing Scholarship at Highland Community College, Freeport, IL 61032.
