Freeport - Ralph F. Beckmeier, 94 of Freeport died on November 10 ^th in Rockford.  He was born December 3, 1925 in Rock City, IL to David and Laura (Nath) Beckmeier.  He graduated from Pecatonica High School in 1944.  He was a member of St. Paul church of Epleyanna Church in Davis, IL and he was a 4-H leader.  He also enjoyed music very much playing in a small band and he played the organ at the Stephenson County Fair. He was a resident of Walnut Acres since 2017.

He is survived by his cousins, Howard (Lois) Nath of Brodhead, WI and Wayne Beckmeier of Davis; his friends were Jeff (Tana) Helwig family and Ron (Phyllis) Colberg of Freeport.

He is preceded in death by his parents. Private Graveside services will take place at St. Paul Church of Epleyanna cemetery.
