Freeport-Richard L. Foulker, 62, of Freeport, surrounded by his family and friends in his home, went to be with the Lord on Friday July 15, 2005.
Born July 14, 1943 in Monroe, Wisconsin, he was the son of Charles R. and Edna (Krueger) Foulker. He married Connie Kaufman May 25, 1985.
He worked for Northwestern / GTE Telephone Company until his retirement and then at the Bocker Group.
He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ.
Richard was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending precious time with his wife, family, grandchildren, and friends.
He was a lifetime auto enthusiast who loved working on cars with his sons.
Surviving is his wife of 20 years, Connie of Freeport; 3 sons, Steven Foulker (Rommy and Christian) of North Hills, CA, Tim (Kathy) Foulker of Davis, and Donnie (Holly) Foulker of Pearl City; 3 granddaughters, Kelsy, Kenzie, and Sydney; 1 grandson, Brandon; and a soon to be born grandson, Blane; 2 sisters, Linda Foesch of Tigard, Oregon and a twin sister, Sandy (Rudy) Bilgri of Orangeville.
His parents preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be Monday 10:30 a.m. at St. John United Church of Christ with Reverend Donnley Dutcher officiating. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery & Mausoleum.
Visitation will be Sunday 4 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
A memorial has been established in his name.
