Freeport: Robert Alan "Bob" Stone, 54, died after a long, courageous battle with renal cell cancer on Thursday October 16, 2008 at his home. Born April 21, 1954 at St. Mary's Hospital in Kensington, London, England he was the son of Sidney F. W. and Lilian E. (Stevens) Stone. On August 2, 1974 he married Gale J. Siegmeier at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Freeport.
