Robin "Bobbie" J. Reed, 61, of Freeport; passed away Saturday, January 5, 2008, at her home.
She was born July 6, 1946 in Freeport to the parents of Robin and Betty (Petticrew) Nath.
She married the love of her life, Don Reed, October 11, 1963 in Freeport.
In 1973 Robin and her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she worked for Southwest Gas and raised her family.
She enjoyed her grandchildren celebrating Christmas, feeding the squirrels, and good piece of chocolate. She recently returned to her home in Freeport.
Surviving is her mother, Betty Nath of Freeport; 3 daughters, Shellie (Mark) Rudow of Chandler, Arizona, Wendi Reed of Thornton, Colorado, and Julie (Jamal) Saklou of Surprise, Arizona; one sister, Nancy (Bill) Moeller of Freeport; 5 grandchildren, Tony Pickrel, Brianna and Angelica Rudow, Veronica and Leila Saklou; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; husband; 1 sister, Susan Kaufman; and 1 brother in-law, Al Kaufman.
Funeral service will be Saturday, January 12, 2007 3 p.m. at Walker Mortuary with Reverend William Moeller officiating.
Visitation will be Saturday 2 p.m. until time of service at Walker Mortuary.
Burial will be in the Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for FHN Memorial Hospice.
