Ronald L. "Fuzzy" Niesman, 69, of Lena, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born February 23, 1941 in McConnell he was the son of Alfred and Ruth (Phillips) Niesman.
Fuzzy was a local repair and maintenance man in the area for many years. He also worked for B&S Striping in Lena.
Surviving is his son, Marty (Kathy) Niesman of Freeport; 1 brother, Alvin (Lois) Niesman of Lena; 2 sisters, Lola (Jim) Stake of Florida and Joyce Raab of Freeport; 2 grandchildren, Tyler and Jordan Niesman both of Freeport.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother, Fred Niesman; and 1 sister, Marian Becke.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial services will be held Monday 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church Freeport.
There will be a gathering Monday 10 a.m. until time of service at First Baptist Church Freeport.
