Ruby A. Kramer, age 88 of Broadhead, WI, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Woods Crossing Nursing Home in Broadhead. She was born July 6, 1928 in Lind Township in Waupaca County, WI to the late Edward and Angela (Otto) Warmbier. She married Eugene Kramer on July 1, 1950; he passed in 1982.
Ruby and her husband owned and operated the Pecatonica Hardware Store since 1967. She has been a faithful member of St. John Lutheran Church in Pecatonica, she loved her church dearly. She enjoyed raising flowers and her two sons.
She is survived by her sons, William (Sally) Kramer and Ted Kramer both of Davis, IL; grandchildren, Ross (Jodi) Kramer of Davis, Leah (Lane) Seagren of Davis, Dana (Chad) Workman of Davis, Lucas (Sarah) Kramer of Freeport, IL, and Logan (Amanda) Kramer of Houston, TX; five great grandchildren; brother, Edward (Janet) Warmbier; sister-in-law, Donna Warmbier; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene; daughter-in-law, Sally Kramer; and sister, Sally Flease.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 23rd at 11:00 am at St. John Lutheran Church in Pecatonica. There will be a visitation before the service beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will take place at Twelve Mile Grove Cemetery in Pecatonica. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for the St. John Roof Fund.
