Obituary
Ruby I Levin, 78, of Freeport, died Monday, December 8, 2008, at Parkview Home.
Born April 17, 1930 in Augusta, Georgia she was the daughter of Felder and Dora (Hyler) Kirkland. She married Bill Levin June 14, 1948 and he preceded her in death.
She worked at Honeywell for 28 years retiring in 1988.
Surviving is her son, Steve C. Levin of Freeport; many nieces and nephews including Nina (Ricky) Cunningham of Martinez, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 brother, Clifton Kirkland; and 1 nephew, Bradley Kirkland.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
Memorial services will be Saturday 11 a.m. at Parkview Home.
Following the service there will be a gathering until 3 p.m. at Parkview.
Interment of her cremated remains will be in the Oakland Cemetery & Mausoleum.
Memorials have been established for American Hospice and the Alzheimer's Association
