Sandy Jean Krause died Friday, June 26, 2015 at her home. Born March 2, 1967 in Naperville she was the daughter of William and Edna (Strand) Ledermann. She and Michael Jon Krause were united in marriage at the church by the side of the road in Rockton on November 10, 1984. He preceded her in death April 3, 2015.
Sandy became a quadriplegic in November 1991. She enjoyed her family and the many trips to Florida. Her hobbies included collecting Disney, Native American, and even Star Trek when doing it with her husband.
Surviving are her two children Tony (Ashley) Krause of Baileyville, Jenny (Adam) King of Belmont, WI, two grandchildren Autumn and Sydney Krause of Baileyville; her siblings, Linda (Stuart) Nuss, Patti ( Gordon) Christianson, twin, Anne (Troy) Bridges, and Tracy (Allen) Christianson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike; and her parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 4-7pm at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, Dakota. Service will be 7pm Wednesday following the visitation with Rev. Dennis Buss officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name. Sandy's family invites friends to share a story or light a candle in her honor at www.daughenbaughfh.com.
