Winslow - Sharron Muriel (Williams) Samples Burgess, 86 passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side.  She was born June 17, 1939 in Chicago IL to Emmet Williams and Violet Anne (Griffith).  Sharron married Paul W Samples April 24,1960.

Sharron was a stay at home mom, a Real Estate Agent, an interior decorator and a Restaurant Owner. She was also part owner in a small dairy farm operation. She returned to school at Highland Community College and was accepted to the nursing program where she earned her RN degree. Sharron was a Registered Nurse until her retirement.

Her survivors include her Children Madonna (Richard) Keeney; Christopher (Kris) Samples.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Michaela, Christopher, Ian, Jordan, Jack and Kimberly.

Preceding her in death were her Parents; her children, Mark Samples and Coleen Richardson; Brothers, Dennis, Emmet Timothy and sister Shannon.

Private family services will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church of Freeport.  A memorial has been designated in her name. Condolences can be shared with the family at www.walkermortuary.com.
