Shelby J. Green, 75, of Freeport died Thursday, May 10, 2012 at her home. Born June 6, 1936 in Winslow, she was the daughter of James and Erma (Kyler) Reeser. She and Edward Green were united in marriage on September 3, 1955. For many years Shelby worked at the Thermos Plant in Freeport. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and going to the casinos. Surviving are four daughters Deborah (Michael) Wheeler of New York, Patricia (Robert) Dinges of Merrimac, WI, Beverly (Wayne) Maavich of Polo, Andrea Green of Freeport; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; one brother Robert Reeser of Santa Maria, CA. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, one brother, one sister and one great grandson.
