Dakota– Terale "Terry" L. Clark, 84 passed way at TLC Assisted Living Center in Machesney Park, IL after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease on December 12, 2022.  Terry was born April 15, 1938 to the late Fred and Irene (Keebler) Clark.  He graduated from West High School in Rockford, Il in 1956.  He married Linda Friday on July 25, 1964.  She passed away on April 9, 2015. Together they built a life and raised a family.  He worked for Woodward Governor all his working career.  Terry also served in the Navy from 1958-1962. He was a faithful member of the St. John's Lutheran Church of Pecatonica.

Terry loved woodworking, gardening, fishing and building projects.  He was a member of the Rockford A's Model A club and enjoyed restoring cars with his friends. He loved his family with his whole heart.

He is survived by his son, Wade (Kim) Clark of Rockford and his grandchildren, Zachary (Morgan) Clark of Rockford, Seth Clark of San Diego, CA; Olivia (Jeromy Luebke – fiancé) Clark of Appleton, WI and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his son, Corbin Clark and his sister, Phyllis Nelson.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 beginning at 12pm-1pm at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home in Dakota, IL.  The service will immediately follow at 1pm, also at Daughenbaugh Funeral Home. Burial services will be at Davis, Cemetery, next to his wife.

A memorial has been established in his name for the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Research Foundation.
