Teresa L. Seidemann age 67 of Freeport, IL, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024 at FHN Memorial Hospital. She was born August 28, 1956 in Freeport; the daughter of the late Roger and Jean (Martin) Loss. She attended Aquin High School. Teresa married Larry Seidemann in 1979.

Teresa devoted over 35 years of her life to serving others as a CNA at Parkview Home in Freeport before retiring in 2011. Throughout her career, she provided compassionate care to those in need, leaving a lasting impact on the lives she touched.

Outside of work, Teresa found joy in simple pleasures, such as cooking meals for her family and selecting thoughtful gifts for her loved ones. Her generosity and thoughtfulness were evident in every gesture she made. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her cherished granddaughter. Teresa's love and dedication to her family were the cornerstones of her life, and her memory continues to live on in the hearts of those who knew her best.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Seidemann of Freeport; son, Nicholas (Krista) Seidemann and their daughter, Avery of Arlington Heights, IL; Andrew Seidemann of Freeport; daughter, Autumn Seidemann of Freeport; brother, Kerry (Traci Dunn) Loss of Freeport; and nieces & nephews, Traci Holloway, Amy Filer, and Benjamin Loss. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry Loss; and niece, Molly Loss.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, April 25 beginning at 10:00AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church at 1993 W. Church St. Freeport, IL. A memorial service will follow at 12:00PM. A memorial fund has been established in Teresa's name. Condolences may be shared at www.walkermortuary.com.
