Theora Joyce Eberle, 80, of Freeport, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Sunday, December 30, 2007, in her home as a result of Heart Failure.
Born February 20, 1927 in Freeport she was the daughter of Miles and Mabel (Merrill) Lapp. She married Charles F. Eberle September 12, 1953 in Freeport.
She worked at both W.T. Rawleigh and Micro Switch Company in Freeport before retiring in 1975.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years , Charles of Freeport; one daughter, Kimberly Eberle of Freeport; three sons, Andrew C. Eberle of New Zealand, Timothy (Robin) Eberle of Warren, and David (Katie) Eberle of Maple Grove, MN; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 infant sisters; 1 sister; and 2 brothers.
Funeral service will be Friday 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Reverend Manuel Recera officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Thursday 4 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for St. Joseph Catholic Church.
