Thomas J. Boeke, age 66 of Freeport, IL, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. He was born November 17, 1955; the son of the late Robert and June (Schriner) Boeke.

Thomas graduated from Freeport High School. He had worked for John Cannova & Son's, Sunshine Liquor, and F.S. He was a member of the NRA. Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing and working.

He is survived by his brothers, Robert Boeke and Chuck (Cindy) Boeke both of Freeport; nephew, Scott Boeke (Denise Reed) of Freeport; niece, Suzanne (Steve Schoch) Krontz of Freeport; great niece, Dana (Kyler) Meuris; and great nephews, Dillan (Ashton Parkos) Boeke and Devin (Emily Roemer) Krontz. He was preceded in death by his parents.
