Trevor A. Haas , age 51 of Pecatonica, IL, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Mercy Health Hospital in Rockford, IL after a tragic accident on September 7th. He was born on April 21, 1967 the son of Cecil and Constance (Benson) Haas.  He attended Pecatonica High School. Trevor married Jennifer Niedermeier on April 29, 2004.

He was the proud owner & operator of American Pride Towing and Recovery. He was a member of the P.R.O. Towing Association. He loved working at the race tracks and collecting and restoring classic cars. Most of all he loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and fur children. Trevor was loved by many and will be remembered for his heart of gold that will live on through his generous gift of life as an organ donor, saving the lives of others.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Haas of Pecatonica; father, Cecil Haas of Freeport; sons, Dylan Haas of Colorado and Tristan Haas of Pecatonica; daughters, Amanda Meighan of Monroe, WI, Paige Haas of Shannon, IL, Honesty Haas, Tayler Haas, and Chevelle Haas all of Pecatonica; grandchildren, McKenna Marney and Ariyah Meighan; sister, Lisa Jones of Freeport; father-in-law, Joe Niedermeier; step-mother, Karen Haas; half-brothers, Joshua and Jessie Haas both of Freeport; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; mother, Constance; brothers, Christopher Michael and Jeremy; and mother-in-law, Dawn Niedermeier.
