Obituary

Kennewick, WA - Victor B. Lamm, 97, formerly of Freeport, died Wednesday, September 19, 2007, in Kennewick, WA. Born March 19, 1910, in Freeport, he was the son of Victor T. and Charlotte (Hagemann) Lamm. On September 21, 1940, he married Marie E. Folbridge in Freeport. Victor worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 37 years before retiring. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, a fifty year gold card member of the National Association of Letter Carriers and past member of the Board of Trustees for Faith United Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn (Steve) Seeman of Kennewick, WA and Janice (Sanford) Oelberg of Albuquerque, NM; three grandchildren, Amanda Anema, Jason Seeman and Christy (Charles) Kriewall; five great grandchildren; and brother, Warren W. Lamm of Madison, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 2 sisters, and 5 brothers. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Walker Mortuary, Freeport with Reverend John Lee of Faith United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of service at the Mortuary. A memorial has been established in his name for Faith United Methodist Church.
