Freeport-Virginia F. "Fern" Landgraf, 81, of Freeport, died Tuesday, November 9, 2004, at the Swedish American Hospital in Rockford.
Born August 7, 1923 in Grand Prairie, Texas she was the daughter of John T. and Nancy F. (Blehm) Williams. She married Robert L. Landgraf April 20, 1946 in Freeport.
Surviving are her husband, Robert of Freeport; son, Robert M. Landgraf of Woodland Park, CO; daughter, Rebecca J. (John) Snyder of Hastings, PA; 3 grandchildren, Amanda (Rick) Smith of Nanty-Glo, PA, Jesse and Jacob Snyder of Hastings, PA.
Her parents and 2 infant siblings preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be Saturday 10:30 a.m. at Walker Mortuary with Tom Hoefle officiating. Burial will be in the Grandview Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 4 to 7 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
Memorials have been established for Stephenson County Senior Center and Stephenson Nursing Center.
