Obituary
Freeport-Vivian Lucille, Binkley, 81, of Freeport, died Friday, October 22, 2004, at FHN Memorial Hospital.
Born July 25, 1923 in Davis she was the daughter of Everette M. and Stella L. (Nyman) Olson. She married George Albert Binkley May 12, 1951 in Mt. Carroll and he died August 4, 1997 in Freeport.
She was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ and the afternoon circle of the church.
Her joy was spending time with her family. She always gave from the heart. Many will miss her kindness.
Surviving is her son, Lee Ivan (Nina) Binkley of Monroe, Wisconsin; 2 grandchildren, Ericka and Matthew Binkley of Madison, Wisconsin; 1 brother, Lawrence (Bernice) Olson of Brodhead, Wisconsin; 1 sister, Charlotte (Curtis) MacDougall of Durand.
Her parents and husband preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 10:30 a.m. at Bethany United Church of Christ with Reverend Ward Malloy of the Church officiating. Burial will be in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Monday 4 to 8 p.m. at Walker Mortuary.
Memorials have been established for Bethany United Church of Christ and B.S.A. Canyon Camp Scholarships.
