Freeport-Vivian V. Smith, 86, of Freeport, died Friday, April 7, 2006, at Provena St. Joseph Nursing Center.
Born December 21, 1919 in Freeport she was the daughter of John and Hazel (Herbig) Bunnell. She married Donald Moore April 16, 1938 and he died June 26, 1961. She married Harrison Smith February 9, 1962 and he died July 15, 1981.
Surviving is her son, Darrel A. (Catherine) Moore of Freeport; two granddaughters, Mindy Bowser of Forreston and Kimberly (Kristopher) Gay of Rockford; 4 great grandchildren.
Her parents; husbands; 1 grandson, Jason Moore; and several brothers preceded her in death.
Funeral service and burial will be Monday 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Reverend Don Jamerson officiating.
Visitation will be Monday 9:30 a.m. until time of service at the cemetery.
